About Benning Fashion & Accessories in Geelong West
Our e-commerce site, we hope you will find it useful. Launched in April 2014 with some of our best selling labels, we plan to expand the site with more labels and products as we know what you would like to see. Benning Fashion and Accessories is situated in Geelong, Victoria in a vibrant shopping strip in Pakington Street, Geelong West. It has been under the current ownership of Carolyn Long for 12 years. We cater for ages 35 up in casual wear through to special occasion wear. Our labels cover the best of Australian, New Zealand and European fashion. Australian labels include Anthea Crawford, Kathleen Berney, Seven Sisters, Mela Purdie and Gabriella Fratini.
From New Zealand, we stock Verge, Loobies Story and Frank and Molly. New Zealand knitwear from Marilyn Seyb, Visage, Optimum, Possumdown and 1946. European labels include the fabulous fitting German Brax and Micheles pants and jeans. Aventures des Toiles is an exciting French label with fabulous prints adapted from artists paintings each season. Fred Sabatier is another French label with a point of difference, at very affordable prices. Each season we release a new, exciting label and are looking forward to the arrival of Apanage from Germany mid year.
We have a lovely range of accessories, the beautiful DLux scarves, Willow and Zac bags, My Best Friend bags, jewellery by Susie M, Nest of Pambula and Elfy. All great gift ideas. With so many people travelling to the Northern hemisphere during our winter, we have put a real emphasis on trans seasonal and travelling clothes. Mela Purdie is a perfect example of this, her motto being-" Clothes that travel with you." Verge ‘Acrobat’ pants, available year round are so light and cool with their cotton content, perfect for hot climates.
